The Center for Community Engagement is responsible for the successful implementation of CONNECT!, ASU’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP). To fulfill this responsibility, we focus on providing support to faculty in the design, implementation, and assessment of courses that CONNECT! students to the campus and community.

Our mission is connecting, serving, and learning.

Our vision is for ASU and the community we serve to become a more vibrant learning community; or in other words, a community of responsible citizens who contribute to one another’s learning and well-being.

We value learning, excellence, transformation, integrity, engagement, innovation, diversity, and collegiality.  These are ASU’s values and we willingly use them to guide our efforts.

Community-Engaged Fellowship Program

 The Center for Community Engagement is pleased to announce the continuation of the Community-Engaged Fellowship Program. As a component of ASU’s CONNECT! initiative, as many as five full-time faculty members will be selected this spring as the sixth cohort of Community-Engaged Fellows. These fellows will develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of community-engagement pedagogy that they have embedded in their existing courses.
