Faculty Recital-Saywell/Womack: “Music for Bassoon and Friends”

Three Angelo State University music professors and a guest present a public concert titled, “Music for Bassoon and Friends.”

Dr. Jeff Womack, ASU associate professor of music, will perform bassoon pieces accompanied by ASU professors Dr. Martha Saywell on piano and harpsichord, and Dr. Maurice Kelley on cello.  Dr. Matthew Bishop, a music instructor at Laredo Community College, will join the ASU trio and play classical guitar.

The eclectic program will include works by Ulysses Kay, Karl A. Goepfert, David Kirby, John Steinmetz and Francois Devienne.
