Concert: ASU Flute Choir and Clarinet Choir

Angelo State University’s Flute Choir and Clarinet Choir will present a joint spring concert.

The Flute Choir will perform variations on “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the folk song “The Water is Wide” and “Fantasie Pastorale Hongroise, Op. 26” by Franz Doppler.

The Clarinet Choir program will feature “Concerto á 4 in Bb” by Georg Philipp Telemann, “Summertime” by George Gershwin, “Menuet in G” by Johann Sebastian Bach, “Tableaux de l’enfance” by Aram Khatchatutrian, selections from the “First Set of Madrigals and Motets” by Orlando Gibbons, and “Bach Goes to Town” by Alec Templeton.

The Flute Choir is directed by Dr. Constance Kelley, assistant professor of music, and the Clarinet Choir is directed by Dr. Timothy Bonenfant, associate professor of music.
