Join the Multicultural Center for a day of Safe Zone workshops.
Safe Zone programs develop, enhance and maintain environments that are culturally competent and supportive to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) individuals, as well as those who care about diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Dr. Amanda Wheeler and colleagues of Texas Tech University will be leading the workshop. Dr. Wheeler received her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Texas Tech University in 2011 and her professional interest focuses on gender identity and sexual orientation-related issues, sexual matters, group therapy, grief and loss, and mindfulness in therapy.
Breakfast refreshments will be served. No RSVP necessary.
