Civil War Lecture Series: Civil War Horses

Prof. Emmett Essin (East Tennessee State University) returns in a follow-up lecture to his highly successful one on mules in the U.S. Army.  This time, Prof. Essin will discuss the service of horses in the nineteenth century military.  Note that the lecture will be held at the Fort Concho Stables.
