Learn how to create an event to automatically display on both your departmental site as well as the main calendar.

Adding campus events to the ASU calendar as soon as you are aware of them is one of the most important steps in promoting these events to both the ASU and San Angelo communities. Adding your event, and adding your event early, can be essential to your event’s success.

There are many advantages to adding your event to the calendar early, including:

  • Your event can be included in a monthly ASU Calendar of Events sent to various media outlets (if the event is a public event).
  • Your event can be promoted through ASU’s social media platforms.
  • Earlier input allows for more people to see the event while browsing the ASU calendar on angelo.edu.

Join us for tips and tricks on how to make your event stand out, as well as give the audience the information they need in a quick and easy format.

Prerequisites for attendees:

  • LiveWhale Event access
  • Completed a LiveWhale end user training class
