Aloha! Bash

The Coaching, Sport, Recreation, and Fitness (CSRF) Graduate Program is hosting “Aloha! Bash”, putt-putt and skate fundraiser, on Wednesday, May 3 at Angelo Skate and Fun Center.

Putt-Putt Kinesiology Event 29Apr15 Photographer Danny Meyer The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at Angelo Skate and Fun Center, 34 Buick St., San Angelo, TX next to Rosa’s on Sherwood Way. Admission is $3 for both 18 holes of putt-putt and skating.

There will be refreshments, skating games, and snow cones provided by Kona Ice. Raffle tickets are $1. Money raised goes to the CSRF graduate program at ASU to further fund professional development opportunities.

The Master’s in Coaching, Sport, Recreation, and Fitness Administration at Angelo State University is an applied graduate program that emphasizes student experience in professional development activities. Conferences and workshops attended by CSRF students take place across the country putting a heavy burden on travel expenses. Money raised will help students with travel to conferences hosted by organizations such as Texas Recreation and Parks Society, National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association, National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics, and many more.
