Mujer (Day of the Woman) will be an event exclusively for Hispanic women in the Concho Valley with all speakers presenting in Spanish.
The goal of this event is to reach the Hispanic women and address health concerns that are of interest to them while also in cooperating a fun aspect to engage the women to come to the event. Prior to the speakers and entertainment starting, an educational and health fair. The mission is to increase overall knowledge of health, healthcare and access to healthcare in San Angelo.
The event will include keynote speakers, health and educational booths, doctors from Community Medical Center, lunch, a cooking demonstration, giveaways, door prizes and more!
There will be scholarships available.
