Off-Site Dual Credit Course Request

Use this online form to request courses to be taught through the ASU Presidential Scholars Dual Credit program.

If a faculty member has not been previously approved to teach dual credit, please have the faculty member submit official transcripts of all graduate coursework. Unofficial transcripts can be sent to as a protected pdf document.

Official transcripts showing undergraduate and graduate coursework will be required before final approval can be granted. 

Course descriptions can be found in the Undergraduate Catalog.

Year-long courses are taught for the duration of the fall and spring semesters. These courses start in August and end in May.
If course is not listed, select Other and indicate in next question. All of the courses listed above are in the ASU Core Curriculum or are considered a foreign language course.
All courses are to be approved by the ASU Provost. Courses not listed in the ASU Core Curriculum or not considered a foreign language course may require further justification for being offered.
This should be the name of course at the high school. (Example: English 3, Spanish 2).
