Qualifications/Duties
Works on a Sports Field maintenance crew made up of 3 or more Maintenance Workers at the Rio Concho Sports Complex. Primary duty is the overall maintenance of buildings and surrounding areas to include such duties as trash pickup and removal, and the cleaning of restrooms, concession sites, storage areas, walkways, turf sites, parking lots, etc.Position includes light construction, application of various pesticides, and other related/assigned duties as required. Skilled in operating various tools and machines used in ground maintenance work. One year experience in performing grounds maintenance or any combination of education and experience, preferred. A valid operator’s license with a good driving record required. Ability to perform strenuous labor for extended periods of time; work in extreme weather conditions; lift 117 lbs; understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Days/Times
Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4pm to include some over-time, weekends and holidays (30 minute lunch).
Salary
$7.61/hr
