Ashworth-King Adapts ASU’s The Tempest

In Dr. Erin Ashworth-King’s adaption of one of Shakespeare’s final texts, magic and intrigue fill the air.  Ashworth-King, Assistant Professor of English, is playing a significant role in a unique collaboration between the Department of Communication, Mass Media and Theatre and the Department of English and Modern Languages in a production of The Tempest which will delight audiences of all ages with its classical score, modern performer flying effects, and dazzling stage combat.

 

Performances will be April 26-28 and May 3-5, 2012 at 8:00 pm and Sunday, April 29th @2 p.m.

All performances will be in the ASU Modular Theatre in the Carr/Education Fine Arts Building.

Ticket prices are $8 general admission, $4 for non-ASU Students, and $3 for ASU Students.

For Arts @ ASU subscribers admission is free.
