Primary responsibilities include greeting customers, receiving and transmitting messages, taking payments, and maintaining the professional image of the company to callers and visitors. This position also helps in the inventory room by assisting account managers, answering customer and employees questions about phones and accessories, and checking in inventory. Bilingual a plus. Must be able to work Monday – Friday 9 a.m. -2 p.m. and alternating Saturdays 9 – 1:30 or 1:30 – 6 (Close). Must be outgoing, have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Monday - Friday; 9:00-2:00 and Saturday: Alternating, 9:00-1:30 or 1:30 - 6:00(close). 30hrs/wk
