Student must be dependable, professional, energetic, creative, and mature. They must also exhibit excellent phone, communication, and social skills. Office work includes office management, filing, computer data entry, creating databases and forms, and other duties as assigned. Student should be proficient in MSWord and Excel. Experience with PowerPoint, Photoshop, and/or creating posters and flyers is encouraged. Attention to detail is imperative as the student will assist with various aspects of programming and office work.The student should have a GPA of 2.0 or better and Good Academic Standing.

Flexible - Approximately 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 and 5:30pm.Some weekends required: NSO, Rambunctious Weekends, First Generation programming and/or other education/multicultural events
