Qualifications/Duties

Will be completing various administrative tasks for the Office of the City Clerk. Attend City of San Angelo meetings relevant to career interests. Hours may vary depending on school schedule. Must be a college student pursuing degree in related field. Work requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to interpret policies, procedures and data, the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignment and duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Ability to use scanner, copier, and other basic office equipment. Must be able to bend or stoop to retrieve and lift files or materials weighing 15-20 lbs. Understand and follow oral and written instructions. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.  

Days/Times

This position is temporary and may not exceed 20 hours per week.
