Nicole has owned and operated a salon in Sterling City for several years. When she first met with Adviser Paul Howard of the Angelo State University • Small Business Development Center her dream was to own multiple salons in the area. As luck would have it, a salon in San Angelo was up for sale.

Nicole contacted Paul and they began the process of putting some financials together so she could present the information to a lender. After some work Nicole thought it was time to meet with her lender. The loan was approved and Nicole’s dream was coming true. Simply Bliss became the second salon for Nicole. She says, “Paul helped me to restructure my business plan for funding presentation and has also helped me to continue to grow in a business that already exists.”

Simply Nicole (Sterling City) and Simply Bliss (San Angelo) is just the start for this true entrepreneur. These businesses have helped the economy grow in the Concho Valley by creating and retaining jobs.
