Qualifications/Duties

Accepting applications for part-time, 20 hours per week, job opening beginning July 2014. Flexible hours. Secretarial position in a pleasant, small office, work environment. Must have good typing skills (~40 wpm), be computer literate in Windows/Microsoft Word and Excel. Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently. General duties include: filing, typing, payroll, answering phone, customer service, billing, limited bookkeeping, cleaning and insurance interactions. Training will be provided. Please note we are hiring for this position now but work will not start until July 2014.
