Director of Multicultural & Student Activities Programs

Erika Baeza holds a M.A. in English Language and Literature and a B.A. in English with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from Sul Ross State University. She is certified to teach English Language Arts, Reading, and English as a Second Language. Erika works primarily with the First Generation RAMS program and ASU First providing resources and personal educational support for first generation students to cultivate a positive and successful transition into university life. She promotes recruitment and retention strategies for underrepresented groups and also contributes to Conexión Hispana. She is an advocate of research and activities that embrace multicultural diversity.
