Credit Requirements

This program consists of 25 credit hours. That means you only have to complete eight courses to earn your certificate.

  • NUR 6201: Advanced Skills for Advanced Practice Nurses 
  • NUR 6325: Family Primary Care I 
  • NUR 6326: Family Primary Care II 
  • NUR 6327: Family Primary Care I Practicum 
  • NUR 6336: Family Primary Care II Practicum 
  • NUR 6339: Population Health and Epidemiology for Advanced Nursing 
  • NUR 6351: Mental Health Concepts for Advanced Practice Nurses 
  • NUR 6537: Integrated Clinical Practice: FNP 

Total credit hours: 25

*Each course must be completed with a grade of B or better to earn the certificate. All courses must be completed in residence.
