Professional Advisor

Russ Baker earned a BA in History from Angelo State and a JD from the University of Houston Law Center.  He served 12 years on active duty with the US Army and another 8 years with the Army Reserve and Texas National Guard.  He joined Angelo State in 2002 with the Admissions Office and is now serves as an academic advisor overseeing the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) and local developmental education programs.
