Sarah B. Lynch
Angelo State University is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Sarah Lynch to the College of Arts and Humanities. She will begin her duties as assistant professor of History in the Department of History Fall 2016.
Dr. Lynch is a medieval historian specializing in the history of elementary and grammar education. She is currently finishing her monograph on schools in Lyon, France, and is pursuing a new project on educational legacies in medieval wills.
Dr. Lynch has received several grants and teaching awards, and has participated in both Mellon and National Endowment for the Humanities summer seminars.
Dr. Lynch received her Ph.D. from the University of Leeds June 2014.
