1st Year Residential Halls Open for Viewing

These halls include: Carr Hall, Centennial Village, Plaza Verde, and Robert & Mary Massie.

The following events are free for all Discover ASU participants and guests:

  • Football Game:  ASU vs. Tarleton State (Military Appreciation Day)
    2 p.m. – San Angelo Stadium
  • Global Immersion Center (Planetarium) Demonstration:  Security Studies Immersive Learning Presentation
    2:45 p.m. – Vincent Nursing-Physical Science Building

    • This unique immersive multimedia demonstration will provide participants a look at some of the latest cutting-edge teaching technologies available here at ASU.
  • Global Immersion Center (Planetarium) Show:  “Cosmic Journey”
    3 p.m. – Vincent Nursing-Physical Science Building
  • Tour of the MIR Center (Animal Science and Agriculture Majors)
    3 p.m. – Meet at the Vincent Nursing-Physical Science Building Room 250
    • Located about six miles north of San Angelo, the MIR Center consists of 6,000 acres of range and farm land designed to enhance the learning experience for Agriculture majors.
