The census is a count of
everyone living in the United States and its territories.
It
is important to get a complete count of all people in our community for the 2010 census
because the government uses the data to distribute over $300
billion per year in federal funding to states and localities. An incomplete count could mean that our community will
not receive our fair share of funding. The Dallas Regional
Census Office is seeking clerks, statisticians, data analysts,
technology specialists, and enumerators to collect
information about “hard to count” groups. If you are interested in assisting with the effort, please use the provided links below to contact the appropriate office to get more information.
