Applying for a Degree Plan, Change of Major/Minor, Modifications

1. If you have a degree plan on file, you should be able to view it online by logging into Ramport.
   1. Select the Student Services tab.
   2. In Student Services, select Rams - logon
   3. Once in Rams, select Student Records
   4. Select Official Degree Plan
2. If you do not have a degree plan, go to the appropriate department office.
3. Ask the department secretary to assist you in completing the appropriate degree plan form.
4. Meet with your advisor to discuss courses that have been completed and their use on the degree plan.
5. Suggested modification, your application, and other information will be sent to the dean's office for approval.
6. You will receive a letter from the dean's office once your plan has been prepared and posted in Banner.
7. You will need to follow your progress toward your degree by consulting your degree evaluation at each registration period.
