Education Minor: All prerequisites will apply to the courses. Individuals choosing this minor will have to successfully meet all requirements for admission to the Educator Preparation Program regardless of their degree. An individual completing this minor will not be eligible for certification without meeting all state and university requirements for Texas teacher certification. Education 2323, Educational Psychology 3303, Education 4321, Education 4322, Education 4323, and Reading 4320.
Except for courses used as electives, a grade of “C” or better is required on all course work. This change is effective for new degree plans beginning Fall 2009.
