Kim Livengood

Dr. Livengood received her B.S. in Chemistry from Texas Tech University, her M.S. in Secondary Education at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi, and her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Multicultural education from Texas A&M.

Dr. Livengood has taught all levels of secondary mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and AP Chemistry with integrated physics and Chemistry, in public and private schools. She has mentored first year teachers in a graduate level teacher induction program. Further, Dr. Livengood has earned graduate hours in Instructional Design. Currently, she is preparing secondary teachers for their first teaching positions through the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.
