Argentina 2010
Introduction
The 2010 study abroad program to Buenos Aires, Argentina, will be conducted May 22 – June 26. About 20 undergraduate students will have the opportunity to study how cultural and socio-political forces shape two distinct paths in writing: literary writing and technical and business writing.
Argentina provides an appropriate setting for this undertaking because it represents a culture that continues to be influenced and shaped by past events and, like our own culture, represents a melting pot of ethnicities and heritages.
The University of Torcuato Di Tella is a private, non-profit university with a total enrollment of 1,700. The university is focused on the social sciences and includes majors such as economics, law, political science, international relations and history. UTDT offers more than 50 exchange programs that extend to the United States, Europe and Asia.
