Semester and Academic Year Programs
Participating Schools
Angelo State University offers semester and academic year programs for students who want to study abroad for a longer duration than the summer programs allow. Current university partnerships include:
- University of Paris-Dauphine, France
- University of Valenciennes, France
- University of Hannover, Germany
- Leuphana University, Germany
- University of Verona, Italy
- Monterrey Tech, Chihuahua, Mexico
- Heriot-Watt University, Scotland
- Hogeschool Rotterdam (Rotterdam University), the Netherlands
Students remain enrolled at ASU while studying abroad and can receive financial aid, including scholarships and federal assistance. Students accepted to any study abroad program may also receive a Carr International Studies Scholarship, with the amount being determined each year.
Some programs (Heriot-Watt, University of Paris-Dauphine, Leuphana University and Hogeschool Rotterdam) offer classes taught in English.
Applying
Complete this application to participate in either a semester or academic year study abroad program. Please return the application to the Center for International Studies in Room 101 of the Rassman Building.
Specialized Programs
Students who want to pursue study in courses or locations other than those listed as semester or academic year programs may apply through the Texas Study Abroad Consortium.
