Research

At Angelo State University, faculty bring hundreds of thousands of dollars to the campus in research funding, providing endless opportunities to create, test and advance hypotheses. One of the primary goals of the College of Graduate Studies and the Center for Innovation in Teaching & Research is to assist faculty in their scholarly pursuits. Quantitative and qualitative research resources are available at the CITR through books, software, one-on-one consultations, faculty learning communities (Faculty Learning Cooperatives), and workshops beginning in fall 2008. Campus opportunities for internal research funding are available through Faculty Innovative Grants and Faculty Development Leave. External funding is available through the Office of Sponsored Projects.
