Dr. Mack McCoulskey

Dr. McCoulskey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Therapy from Southwest Texas State University in 1964. One year later, he received his M.Ed. in Special Education from Southwest Texas State University. Then, in 1971, Dr. McCoulskey received his Ph.D. in Special Education-Learning Disabilities from the University of Texas in Austin.

Dr. McCoulskey is retired (modified option) and teaches courses related to the instruction of special education.
