Dr. Mack McCoulskey
Dr. McCoulskey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Therapy from Southwest Texas State University in 1964. One year later, he received his M.Ed. in Special Education from Southwest Texas State University. Then, in 1971, Dr. McCoulskey received his Ph.D. in Special Education-Learning Disabilities from the University of Texas in Austin.
Dr. McCoulskey is the head of the Special Education program at Angelo State University and is in charge of the Interdisciplinary Special Learning and Development Program, the Generic Special Education Certification Program, and the Educational Diagnostician Program.
