• Hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 2.5 or better, including all grades on repeated courses – or hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work
• Completion of a minimum of 24 semester credit hours of undergraduate course work in animal science, agriculture, range management, wildlife management or agronomy, including 12 semester credit hours of advanced course work

A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in biology or a related discipline (i.e., zoology, botany, microbiology, wildlife ecology) with completion of a minimum of 24 semester credit hours of undergraduate course work in biology, including 12 semester credit hours of advanced course work (to include cell biology, evolution, ecology, bio statistics)

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 2.75 or better, including all grades on repeated courses – or hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work

• Completion of a minimum of 24 semester credit hours of undergraduate course work in either communication or journalism, including 12 semester credit hours of advanced course work (including desktop publishing and graphics, layout and design or their equivalents).

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 2.75 or better, including all grades on repeated courses – or hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work.
• At least two letters of recommendation
• An essay of no more than 750 words written in endnote or footnote format regarding your opinion of the single most important challenge facing 21st century criminal justice. Outside sources may be used.

• Hold a Texas Teacher Certificate or equivalent (not required for the M.Ed. in Student Development and Leadership or the M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction).

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 2.5 or better, including all grades on repeated courses – or hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work.
• Completion of a minimum of 24 semester credit hours of undergraduate course work in kinesiology, including 12 semester credit hours of advanced course work. Students with other undergraduate majors will be considered.
• A writing sample (which should include three paragraphs explaining (a) why you want to be accepted into the program; (b) what you will bring to the program; and (c) what you expect to get out of the program
•  A personal résumé (used to evaluate pre-professional competencies)

• A baccalaureate degree in nursing from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission or the AACN Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education
• Statistics (with a grade of “C” or higher)
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as a registered professional nurse in Texas
• Computer literacy
• Minimum of two years clinical practice as an RN
• Demonstrated proficiency in health assessment
• Two professional references

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better, including all grades on repeated courses (each cohort is limited to 20 students).
• Physical Therapy applicants must pass through a two-stage admission process.

Students should have an undergraduate GPA of at least a 3.0.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree. Students who have a cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher automatically qualify for admission, if space in the program allows. Students with a GPA below 3.0 may qualify for admission on the basis of the formula described in the GRE column.
• Students are welcome to apply for admission regardless of their undergraduate major. Those who have fewer than 24 credit hours of undergraduate psychology are required to complete a graduate leveling course that provides training in the foundational areas of psychology.

No formula, but the GRE may be required as supporting evidence for admission. Faculty members recommend at least 450 Verbal, 500 Quantitative and a 4.0 in Analytical Writing.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree. Must have an undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 or a 3.25 GPA in psychology coursework, including repeated courses.
• A minimum of 24 semester credit hours, including 12 advanced hours, of undergraduate psychology
• Three letters of recommendation, two of which must be from academic sources
•  The GRE will be required if the following criterion is not  met:
  • You do not possess a degree in psychology
• The GRE will also be required if a student with a psychology degree does not
  meet all  of the following criteria:
  • Your overall  undergraduate GPA is less than 3.15, including repeated courses
    
  • Your undergraduate GPA in Psychology Courses is less than  3.40
