Graduation InformationIn the term in which the student expects to complete all degree requirements, the student should apply for graduation during the registration process for that term.
If the student is not enrolling for course work during the term in which he or she expects to graduate, or if the student did not apply for graduation during the registration process, the student should apply for graduation online.
If the student is not able to complete degree requirements in the semester in which he/she has applied for graduation, the student must re-apply for graduation.
No degree will be conferred unless the Application for Graduation has been filed on time and degree requirements are met.
Graduation ExercisesAngelo State University holds graduation exercises at the end of the Fall (December) and Spring (May) semesters. A candidate must be present for conferring of the degree. However, if a candidate is unable to participate written notification must be sent to the Provost. Therefore, it is important that you inform the Graduate Office of any change of address.
