Graduation Information
Are you planning to graduate soon? The following is a list of steps you should take to ensure that your graduation runs smoothly.
- Apply for graduation during the registration period for the term you plan to graduate.
- If you did not apply for graduation during registration, you will need to apply for graduation online.
- Once you have submitted your application, the Office of Academic and Student Affairs will send a notice to graduation candidates with information concering the ceremony.
- If you do not plan to walk across the stage at graduation you must contact the Office of Academic and Student Affairs at (325) 942-2165 for instructions.
- For information about renting/buying academic regalia for commencement exercises, please contact the ASU Bookstore at (325) 942-2335.
