ASU OneCard

Your ASU Student ID is called your OneCard. It is your permanent ID card while you are enrolled at ASU. You may obtain your OneCard from the ASU OneCard Office located in the Administration Building, Room 100 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. It entitles you to use the library, microcomputer labs, gymnasium, swimming pool and other educational and recreational facilities.

RamBucks

RamBucks is a Stored Value Account with the OneCard. It is available to all students enrolled at ASU.
RamBucks can be used for items such as:

E-mail Account and Computer Access

As a student at ASU, you will be given a FREE E-mail Account and on-campus Computer Access Account. In order to use the micro labs on campus, you must have a computer access account. Bring your ASU OneCard to any ASU lab. At the beginning of your first term, the lab assistant will help you set up both accounts. These accounts will be effective until your graduation or withdrawal from the University.

RamPark

Parking permits are required. Permits can be requested during registration times. You may then select the type of permit you will need. You can pick up your parking hang tag from the University Police after you have paid for your courses.

Post Office

A post office station located on the ASU campus can be found in the Houston Harte University Center. The ASU Post Office is a full service U.S. Postal Station offering money orders, stamps, domestic and international mail, and the processing of special services. Window service is available Monday-Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Address Changes

Address changes must be made through the Registrar's Office. (325-942-2043).
