Friendship improves happiness, and abates misery, by doubling our joys, and dividing our grief.

Honors Program Lounge

The Honors Program lounge is dedicated specifically to students within the Honors Program and their guests. The Honors Program lounge policy provides a detailed explanation concerning proper use of the lounge.

Lounge Usage Policy

The Honors Program lounge is intended to be used by students in the Honors Program, who have open access to the facility. In the event that a group outside of the Honors Program wishes to use the Honors Program lounge, express written permission must be obtained from the Honors Program director. A written request must include a valid reason why the Honors Program lounge needs to be used, why other campus facilities are not acceptable and how the use of the lounge by this group can be directly related to the Honors Program. The written request must also include the name of the group, individual(s) and faculty/staff sponsor(s) that will be responsible for any cleanup costs or damage associated with holding an event in the lounge.
