ASU OneCard
This is your employee identification card that can be more than just an ID. Employees can use the OneCard to gain access to facilities and events, check out materials from the Porter Henderson Library and receive discounts in the ASU Bookstore. With the OneCard, employees also have the option to create a MasterCard debit card account and use it for direct deposit of refunds from ASU. Special Events and Sports
Employees can attend numerous campus events at little or no cost, including music recitals, theatre productions, concerts, art and history exhibitions, comedy and musical shows, and Planetarium shows, plus basketball, softball and baseball games and more. For an increased benefit value for ASU events and facilities, employees may opt to purchase an ASU Activity Card.
ASU Bookstore Discounts
With your employee ID card (ASU OneCard), receive a 10 percent discount on supplies and merchandise at the University Bookstore.
Free Technology Services
Employees are eligible for free McAfee virus scanning and Microsoft Office software for use on their home personal computers. Employees also are eligible for discounts on Dell computer hardware and accessories for personal use.
Employee Recognition Program
This program honors ASU employees who have attained career service milestones for service excellence.
Education Assistance Programs

Exemption Program for Children of Professional Nursing Program Employees
This is a statewide program that provides tuition exemptions for eligible students to encourage their parents to continue working as professional nurse faculty or staff members. For more information, view these rulesoutlined by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
