Important Scheduling Information
- Math 4321 is offered only in the fall and should be taken as soon as possible after completion of Math 1361 and 1362.
- Math 4322 is offered only in the fall and must be taken the fall semester prior to student teaching.
- Physics 2331 is offered only in the fall and Math 2332 is a prerequisite.
- Physics 2333 is offered only in the spring and Math 2332 is a prerequisite.
- Physics 3461 is offered only in the fall.
Student Teaching Information
In order to be eligible to student teach, students must have completed all courses in the
academic major with a 2.50 GPA (cumulative and in residence), with no grade lower than a C.
They must also have completed ED 4321, ED 4322, EPSY 3311, and RDG 4320 with a GPA
of 2.50 with no grade lower than a C.
Additional Information
Degree programs leading to teacher certification require a 2.50 overall GPA.
