The above plan meets all core curriculum and general Bachelor of Science degree requirements. This degree requires 120 semester hours, of which 54 are advanced.


* Students may take the natural science courses in one or more disciplines.

Minimum course requirements for Secondary Certification in Mathematics-Physics. A student who chooses mathematics-physics for a teaching field regardless of major must complete the following courses: Mathematics 1561, 2513, 3307,3514, 4321, 4322, and Physics 1441, 2442, 3301, 3303, 3461, 4181, and five additional advanced hours of physics.
