Nursing Experience:
I have done about every type of nursing in every type of setting. I work in an endoscopy lab and do legal nurse consulting. I am on several editorial boards for peer-reviewed nursing journals, and am active on the Research Committee of the Society for Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (SGNA).

Recent / Current Projects and Research Interests:

My research focus is on colorectal cancer awareness, but I have a variety of interests. I have 2 research publications on biofilm development. My next research project will be done with the SGNA Certifying Board on the benefits of certification. I am also planning to write a series of health care books for the lay-public.
