Stage II
Once the applicant has received the letter from the College of Graduate Studies stating that Stage I has been completed, the applicant must send an additional $25.00 processing fee made payable to Angelo State University to the Physical Therapy Department. The Physical Therapy Admissions Commitee will then review the applicant's file. Qualified applicants will be invited to interview. Up to 20 individuals will be recommended to the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies for admission into the MPT program. Only written notice from the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies constitutes approval of admission.
No person shall be excluded from participation in, denied benefts of, or be subject to discrimination under any program or activity sponsored or conducted by Angelo State University, on any basis prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age or handicap. No otherwise qualified individual shall solely, by reason of their disability, be excluded from admission to the program in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. However, Angelo State University does not waive the published degree requirements for students. A copy of the MPT program Technical Standards is available in Appendix Y in the Clinical Education Handbook.
