Stage II

Once the applicant has received the letter indicating that Stage I has been completed, the applicant must send an additional $25 processing fee (check or money order made payable to Angelo State University Physical Therapy Program) along with the Stage II Physical Therapy Processing Form. Qualified applicants will be invited to interview in February, and admission decisions will be delivered no later than mid-March.

Up to 26 individuals will be recommended to the dean of the College of Graduate Studies for admission into the D.P.T. program. Only written notice from the dean of the College of Graduate Studies constitutes approval of admission.
