| Research Interests: | I have investigated research topics such as task engagement and quality control, and personality variables including need for cognition and age. I was also a part of a research team here at Angelo State that investigated error detection and quality control in a simulated pharmacy task. I would love to investigate topics in the areas of human motivation, workload stress, and decision making. I also have an enduring curiosity of how personality variables and gender affects motivation, stress, and decision-making. |
