Scheduled to Open for Fall 2008!
Centennial Village
The $21 million Centennial Village is a new 526-bedroom residence hall scheduled for completion in the fall of 2008. Located on the west end of the Angelo State University campus, Centennial Village will feature all private bedrooms in 2 and 4 person units. Other amenities available to Centennial Village residents include: study and lounge areas, a convenience store, sport court, sand volleyball court and a vibrant community recreation center featuring pool tables, big screen TV, ping pong tables, laundry room and a large multi-purpose meeting space.
The facility will be the first residential unit built on campus since Texan Hall opened in August of 2003. Groundbreaking for the new facility was conducted Sept. 4. The residence hall is the first major project in the implementation of ASU's Centennial Master Plan.
Lee Lewis Construction Inc. of Lubbock is the construction manager for the project.
