Harvard House presents a unique housing option that combines the best qualities of off-campus living with "on campus" conveniences. Like Vanderventer Apartments, Harvard House represents a less structured environment for busy students who are making the transition from traditional residence hall living to "real world" independent living.
Located less than a half mile from the campus, Harvard House is within easy walking distance of classes and campus services. As an "on campus" housing option, Harvard House residents enjoy the benefits of true "all bills paid" pricing- utilities, phone, expanded basic cable TV, high speed cable modem internet access are all included. In addition to the spacious, fully furnished apartments, the complex features a beautifully landscaped central courtyard with in-ground swimming pool and clubhouse. Mailboxes are located on-site and there is some covered parking available.
In support of our mission to provide comfortable, secure housing options that support the academic mission of the University, we have staffed Harvard House with a full-time professional Property Manager (live-in), 4 resident assistants and a live-in ASU Police Department community officer.
Priority for assignment to Harvard House is given to upperclassmen (30 or more earned semester hours) or students who are at least 21 years of age. Students with less than 30 earned semester credit hours or who are less than 21 may be assigned to Harvard House on a space available basis.
