Summer Housing Application:
Summer Housing Apply On-line is now available on the Residential Programs main web page!
Summer housing is a separate contract from your academic agreement.
Summer 2008 housing will be available in the Vanderventer and Harvard House Apartment complexes. You do not have to be enrolled in summer classes in order to stay on-campus over the summer, but you do have to maintain a viable relationship with the University i.e. be pre-registered for Fall classes, admitted to the University for Fall, etc. Application for summer housing requires a $50.00 non-refundable application fee and $50.00 deposit.
New students should access Apply On-line from our departmental main web page. You will need your CID to log in.
Current residents should access the on-line application through the Residence Life channel in RamPort.
Summer Housing Room Selection Lottery Dates.
- April 17: Deadline for Summer I application and payment of the $50.00 application fee and $50.00 summer deposit in order to be included in the summer housing room lottery process.
- April 19 - 20: Vanderventer and Harvard House residents only - Same room for summer lottery process.
- April 22 - 23: Summer I Open Room Selection Lottery.
- May 5: Summer I Auto-Assignments made for any students who have completed summer housing applications but who do not yet have room assignments or who applied for summer housing after the April 17th deadline.
- May 20: Summer II only Apply On-line available.
- May 26: Summer II only Application, fee and deposit deadline.
- June 3: Summer II only Room Selection Lottery.
- June 4: Summer II only Room Assignment Auto-Assignment process complete.
