It is our goal to provide exceptional value for your money by offering a comprehensive package of quality facilities, amenities, convenience, as well as both personal and academic support services designed specifically to enhance student success. When you live on campus, you get much more that just a place to live!

Please note that sixty percent of the annual cost of student housing is due during the fall semester and the remaining 40 percent is due in the spring.

For meal plans, 50 percent of the total cost is billed during the fall semester and the remaining 50 percent is due during the spring.
