Vanderventer Apartments

Apartment-style living with on-campus convenience

Vanderventer Apartments offer a less-structured environment for students who are involved with campus activities, but want the option of cooking their own meals in a full-size kitchen. Rooms in the 150-resident community open to an outdoor courtyard that is frequently used for barbecues and other events.

These furnished four-person apartments host two students per bedroom and have a bathroom that adjoins the bedrooms. A spacious living room opens into the kitchen and dining area. The rooms have recently been updated to have a metropolitan feel with wood laminate flooring, funky lighting and modern kitchens. This housing option is popular with international students and returning students.

Vanderventer Apartments are near the Pavilion and the Massie Halls and offer convenient parking. Students living at the apartments have just a short walk to most academic buildings. Vanderventer Apartments are No. 37 on the interactive map.
