Vanderventer Apartments

Apartment-style living with on-campus convenience

Vanderventer Apartments offer a less-structured environment for returning and transfer students who enjoy the convenience of living on campus, but who want the option of cooking their own meals in a full-size kitchen. Rooms in the 150-resident community open to an outdoor courtyard that was redesigned in 2010 and is frequently used for barbecues and other events.

These furnished four-person apartments host two students per bedroom and have a bathroom that adjoins the bedrooms. A spacious living room opens into the kitchen and dining area. The rooms have recently been updated to have a metropolitan feel with wood laminate flooring and modern kitchens.

Vanderventer Apartments are located near the campus green so outdoor amenities abound! Students living at the apartments have just a short walk to most academic buildings. Visit the Vanderventer Apartments on the campus map.

Apartments include:

  • A shared living room and kitchen and two bedrooms (double occupancy) that share an adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom has a separate sink and vanity area.
  • Walk-in closets.
  • Expanded basic cable TV in shared living room.
  • Moveable beds, dressers, desks, desk chairs and living room seating.
  • One Ethernet connection per student for easy internet and e-mail access.
