More than a place to live
Every room in our residence halls offers these amenities:
- Room furniture that includes a long twin bed, dresser, desk and desk chair for each student.
- In-room high-speed Internet access (for each student).
- Wireless Internet access in residence hall lounges and common areas.
- TV areas and lounge/recreation areas.
- In-building laundry facilities with no charge for residents of the building.
- Vending machines (Ram Bucks accepted).
- Expanded basic cable TV service.
- Micro-fridge units (a combination microwave, refrigerator and freezer), except in Vanderventer Apartments, which feature full kitchens with standard appliances.
- All utilities included in housing costs (no caps or hidden fees).
- Buildings and rooms are all air-conditioned.
- All rooms and facilities are smoke-free.
- Card/PIN building access (except in Vanderventer Apartments).
- Security cameras in common areas (except in Vanderventer Apartments).
- The residence halls, except Vanderventer Apartments, have rooms that open to indoor hallways for added security and protection during inclement weather.
- Each facility has 24-hour staffing and on-site, on-call coverage.
