Summer Housing Applications Available April 1!
At this time, we anticipate that summer 2012 housing will be available at Vanderventer Apartments and either Carr Hall or Mary Massie Hall. This is subject to change pending finalization of construction and renovations plans for this summer.
Summer housing is a separate contract from your academic year agreement and requires a separate application and non-refundable $50 application fee.
Current (Spring semester) on-campus residents: Take advantage of “early bird” savings!
- Apply for summer housing between April 1 and April 15 and we will waive your summer housing application fee. (That’s right, no application fee!)
- Apply between April 15 and April 30 and receive a 50 percent discount on the application fee and pay only $25.
- Summer housing applications received May 1 or later, will pay the full non-refundable $50 summer application fee. Apply early and save!
- Break housing for the period of time between the end of the spring semester contract and the start of summer I classes, is included at NO CHARGE for students will summer I housing contracts.
Note: New students (those not living on campus during the spring semester) are subject to the full $50 summer housing application fee.
You do NOT have to be enrolled in summer classes to stay on campus during the summer, but you DO have to maintain a viable relationship with the university, i.e., have an active housing application for fall 2013 or be pre-registered for fall classes. Students who are NOT going to be living on campus for the fall semester, will need to complete a check out of their summer room at the end of summer session II classes.
Summer housing application/contract cancellations must be received by the following dates in order to avoid financial penalties
- Summer I contract cancellation deadline: May 1
- Summer II contract cancellation deadline: June 15.
New students should access Apply Online from our department’s main Web page. You will need your CID to log in.
Current residents should access the online application through the Residential Programs Channel in RamPort.
